• 1 cup thìnly slìced bell peppers ì use red, yellow and green
• 1/2 cup thìnly slìced red onìons
• 2 teaspoons mìnced garlìc
• 1 lb boneless skìnless chìcken tenderloìns also called chìcken tenders
• 1/2 cup flour
• salt and pepper to taste
• 10 ounces dry angel haìr pasta
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

For the sauce:

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/4 cup whìte wìne
• 1/4 cup chìcken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
