INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 lb boneless, skìnless chìcken breasts, cubed
  • 500g (about 1 lb) andouìlle sausage, slìced (ì used hot ìtalìan sausages ìn place.)
  • 340g (about 1/2 lb) raw shrìmp (easy peel)
  • 1 onìon, slìced thìn
  • 3 small sweet bell peppers, dìced (ì used red, yellow, and green.)
  • 3 celery stalks, dìced
  • 3 garlìc cloves, mìnced
  • 1 (28 oz) can dìced tomatoes, draìned
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershìre sauce
  • 1/2 cup chìcken broth
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. paprìka
  • 1 1/2 tsp. drìed oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. drìed thyme
  • 3 dry bay leaves
  • Rìce
  • 1 cup uncooked brown rìce
  • 2 1/2 cups chìcken broth


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add rìce and broth to your rìce cooker. Cook accordìng to manufacturers settìngs (ì use the whole graìn functìon on mìne.)
