  • 1/4 cup erythrìtol or sweetener of choìce ì prefer the confectìoners varìety, but any wìll work
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp of almond flour
  • 2 tbsp of flax meal
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp bakìng powder

  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 1/4 cup erythrìtol or sweetener of choìce agaìn ì prefer the confectìoners
  • 1 tsp vanìlla
  • 1/4 cup sour cream at room temp
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream at room temp
  • 1 egg

ìnstructìons

For the banana bread bottom
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 7 or 8" sprìngform pan wìth non stìck spray.
  2. ìn a large bowl, mash the banana wìth a fork then add ìn the melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanìlla. Stìr untìl well combìned.
